  • Role Responsibilities
  • Lead the finance function and provide high-quality financial insight and support to the Managing Director and senior leadership team.
  • Produce monthly management accounts, forecasts, budgets and performance analysis to support business growth and profitability.
  • Drive financial controls, governance and reporting processes across the organisation.
  • Partner with operational and commercial teams to improve performance, margins and business decision-making.
  • Lead, develop and support an experienced finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  • Play a key role in strategic projects, investment decisions and continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

Person Specification

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience in a Financial Controller, Head of Finance or senior finance leadership role.
  • Strong management accounting, budgeting and forecasting experience.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
  • Experience leading and developing finance teams.
  • Manufacturing, engineering or product-based business experience would be advantageous.
