Sharp Consultancy are working with a well-established business based in Chesterfield that are looking for an Account Assistant on a full time, interim basis. This is a full-time office based role, Monday to Friday for a period of 12 months.
The main duties of this role will include:
- Processing payments through Sage.
- Dealing with supplier queries.
- Processing payment runs.
- Chasing overdue debts.
- Raising sales invoices.
- Bank Reconciliations.
- Credit Card processing.
Skills and experience required for this role:
- Experience within a similar Accounts Assistant or Bookkeeper role.
- Ideally AAT qualified or part qualified.
- Experience with Sage systems.
- Experience using multiple currencies.
- Good attention to detail.
- Reliable and self motivated.
