Location: Denbighshire (family home)
Hours: Initially 20 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours as required. The core working hours are Monday to Friday, 4:00pm - 7:00pm. Additional hours may be available at weekends, by mutual agreement, and full-day shifts during school holidays. The exact working pattern to be agreed flexibly with the family.

About the Role: We are seeking a warm, proactive personal assistant to join T's rehabilitation team. Your role will be to support T with everyday activities, promote his independence, and help him access meaningful routines.
