We are looking for a Senior Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager to join our Construction team based in Regional UK. Location: Regional UK + town/city - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required. Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week) β some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

You'll be providing essential HSW leadership across multiple major construction projects, helping us maintain our excellent safety standards whilst nurturing a positive health and safety culture.
What will you be responsible for?
- Leading and developing a team of Health, Safety and Wellbeing professionals across multiple construction projects
- Creating and implementing HSW strategies that drive continuous improvement in safety performance
- Coordinating incident investigations and sharing valuable lessons learned across the business
- Building collaborative relationships with project teams and senior management to foster a positive safety culture
- Ensuring compliance with legislation and promoting wellbeing initiatives that support our people

- You're a Chartered Member of IOSH (CMIOSH) or working towards this qualification
