We are looking for a Senior Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager to join our Construction team based in Regional UK. Location: Regional UK + town/city - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required. Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week) – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

Join our thriving Construction business as a Senior Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager and make a genuine difference to our people's wellbeing. You'll be providing essential HSW leadership across multiple major construction projects, helping us maintain our excellent safety standards whilst nurturing a positive health and safety culture.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Leading and developing a team of Health, Safety and Wellbeing professionals across multiple construction projects
  • Creating and implementing HSW strategies that drive continuous improvement in safety performance
  • Coordinating incident investigations and sharing valuable lessons learned across the business
  • Building collaborative relationships with project teams and senior management to foster a positive safety culture
  • Ensuring compliance with legislation and promoting wellbeing initiatives that support our people

  • You have extensive construction industry health and safety experience within a similar Tier 1 construction business

  • You're passionate about nurturing and developing others in their safety journey
  • You're a Chartered Member of IOSH (CMIOSH) or working towards this qualification
