Responsibilities

  • Managing the Help Desk function, ensuring timely resolution of tickets and maintaining accurate records.
  • Overseeing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks, ensuring compliance with schedules and regulations.
  • Creating comprehensive monthly reports and analysing data to identify trends and insights.
  • Processing and documenting task extensions and mitigations within the CAFM system.
  • Administering Paymec within Concept Evolution, ensuring accurate processing of transactions.

Qualifications

  • You have experience in administrative roles, ideally with knowledge of CAFM systems.
  • You're a natural organiser with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
