We\’re looking for an Information Coordinator to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear and Networks team supporting our Thames Water Framework based on site at Mogden in Twickenham.
Hours: 40 hours per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired.
We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
Responsibilities
As an Information Coordinator, you\’ll be working within the Thames Water framework on site in Mogden which is the third largest wastewater site in the UK. In this role you\’ll maintain an upstream and downstream communication of documents ensuring compliance with industry / Kier standards, focusing on ISO 19650 and Thames Asset Standards.
Your day to day will include:
- Oversee the Common Data Environment (CDE) throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with Kier procedures and ISO 19650 standards.
- Deliver training sessions and provide ongoing support to all users, including clients, designers, and subcontractors.
- Validate, classify, and manage all project documentation within the CDE, ensuring accurate distribution and retrieval.
- Generate reports on workflows and user activity, attend meetings, and ensure clear communication of project protocols to all stakeholders.
- Foster strong team relationships, share best practices, and provide cover for information coordinators during absences.
Qualifications
Diverse and clear communication skills with experience of effective communication with multidisciplinary design teams, client teams, sub-contractors, and the wider supply chain.
Experience of working on projects with large volumes of data and information from various sources, preferably within a tier one environment.
Competent experience with EDMS, Viewpoint For Projects preferred.
Competence with the Microsoft 365 suite of tools, specifically Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
Able to convey security permissions to stakeholders.
