Overview Kier has been appointed by Southern Water services to their Β£3.1bn strategic development partnership framework for the current asset management period (AMP8). We are looking for a Project Manager to support this goal, where you'll be responsible for managing resources to fulfill the projects safely, on time and to the required quality.
Responsibilities
- Oversee construction, ensuring adherence to safety procedures and environmental regulations.
- Work collaboratively with all teams, including the Kier wider teams, clients, designers, stakeholders and suppliers to ensure the project meets all objectives.
- Provide leadership and direction for the team.
- Identify and develop talent.
- Create a positive and productive work environment that promotes Kier culture.
- Manage procurement process for all equipment, materials, and services, ensuring that budget and programme are met.
- Implement Kier policies, procedures and standards, including health and safety to ensure the project is completed safely, on time, within budget forecast, and to required quality and environmental standards.
Qualifications
- Full Driving licence
- Degree or equivalent qualification in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in working on a variety of projects in the water sector.
- Understanding in Health & Safety regulations.
