Overview
We\’re looking for a Digital Construction Manager to join our Build Team based in London and the South. Location: Based out of one of our London or Southern offices with travel to site required and flexible working available. Hours: 37.5 hours per week, flexibility available with start and end times if desired.
Responsibilities
- As a Digital Construction Manager you\’ll be working within the Digital Team, focussing on enabling the use of appropriate tools and technologies to support project delivery from inception to in use.
- Support and audit the project team to ensure standards, methods and procedures using specified software / workflows are in use.
- Ensuring Exchange Information Requirements and Asset Information Requirements are responded to and delivered across relevant project(s).
- Promoting digital strategies that are implemented across the business and projects and provide feedback to Senior Digital Construction Manager to ensure progress is being made and commitment to documentation is being observed.
- Responsible for contributing to monthly reports to identify and measure digital implementation within the business unit and across projects.
- Proven experience in preconstruction and tender stage BIM delivery.
- Strong understanding of digital workflows, model-based estimating and early-stage coordination.
- Ability to influence and support strategic decision-making through data and visualization.
- A collaborative mindset to work across disciplines and regions, Disability Confident.
