Inclusion is seeking a Specialist Recovery Worker to join our Buckinghamshire teams on a 12-month full-time fixed-term contract. You will engage hard-to-reach service users with substance use into treatment, conduct assessments and refer to local services to ensure continuity of care.
Working in a multi-agency, multi-disciplinary team within a community environment, you will deliver high-quality drug and alcohol recovery services tailored to service users’ needs as part of Inclusion and MPFT.
