InclusionIQ is delighted to continue to support our long-term client as they seek to build out their Customer Service team to help with the expansion of their operations.
The position of Customer Service Coordinator is a vital role in the successful execution of multi-million-pound global contracts. You will work in a supportive team at a company that values CPD and progression, with an excellent work culture that prides itself on work-life balance.
The Role
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will serve as the primary, high-touch point of contact for our client’s valued end customers.
This is far from a traditional back-office administrative position; it is a critical, high-visibility role directly linked to the success and long-term retention of multi-million-pound commercial contracts. When our client's customers feel supported, informed, and valued, long-term partnerships thrive. You will carry genuine responsibility for building and nurturing those vital relationships through proactive, honest, and reliable communication.

-
Routinely keep customers updated on expected delivery schedules, ensuring they always have accurate, real-time information.
-
Handle unforeseen delivery disruptions promptly and professionally, reaching out to customers immediately to explain the situation clearly and arrange suitable new delivery slots.
-
Provide timely, clear updates on stock availability, incoming consignments, and warehouse queries.
-
Take personal ownership of customer satisfaction, knowing that your day-to-day care directly protects core accounts and contract renewals
-
Work hand-in-hand with internal planning, transport, and warehouse teams to solve problems swiftly and keep promises made to customers.
-
Any other reasonable duties
The Person
-
Experience in a dedicated customer service, account support, or operational admin role where personal communication was central.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in British English, with an open, warm, and natural approach to building rapport.

A calm, resourceful approach to handling unexpected delays or challenges, with the confidence to take accountability and find sensible solutions.
-
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple delivery schedules, inventory checks, and customer queries simultaneously.
-
Prior exposure to transport, logistics, distribution, or supply chain environments is helpful, but a genuine passion for caring for people and delivering outstanding service matters most.
Why this role?

Professional office environment, not a call centre
-
Excellent team and company culture
-
Internal CPD and progression opportunities
