This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Digital Marketing Executive who is eager to take on significant client responsibility and elevate their career. This is a core digital marketing role where you will focus heavily on creating and managing engaging content across social media platforms. The successful candidate must possess a great attitude, and have the confidence to speak directly with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Content & Campaign Management: Hands-on creation, implementation, and management of engaging content across core social media platforms, as well as digital campaigns on channels like Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Client Communication: Serve as a key day-to-day contact for clients, delivering performance reports, campaign insights, and content updates clearly and confidently.
  • Data & Analytics: Utilise data tools like Google Analytics and Looker Studio to analyse content and campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and provide data-backed strategic advice.
  • Strategy Support: Contribute to the development of multi-channel digital marketing strategies designed to drive tangible results, from lower funnel conversions to widespread awareness.
  • Platform Growth: Maintain and grow knowledge across social media management, LinkedIn, YouTube, and wider digital marketing trends.

Criteria

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a digital marketing role with a strong focus on social media content, OR a relevant Post Graduate degree with 1 year of experience.
  • Proven ability to create engaging social media content and manage platforms (Meta/Instagram/Facebook). Familiarity with Google Analytics and reporting tools is a plus.
  • Confident, with a can-do attitude focused on bringing new ideas forward.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • A genuine team player who will contribute positively to our close-knit culture.
