The Role

  • Meet customer requirements for the safe and efficient transport of goods according to operating procedures and statutory requirements.
  • Track trailer movements and keep customers updated.
  • Liaise with subcontractors.
  • Brief drivers on routes and traffic management.
  • Prepare shift handovers and measure KPIs.

The Person

  • A minimum of 2 years of Transport Coordinating experience with strong geographical knowledge.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and exceptional organizational abilities.
  • High-level IT skills, as the operation is fully digital.
  • Good timekeeping and the ability to work in a structured manner, adhering to schedules.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • A flexible attitude towards working hours and shift patterns to support business needs.
