Following a period of steady growth, they are looking for an authentic and motivated Sales Development Representative to join their Belfast team. The Role

  • Speaking with Potential Clients: Chatting with prospective customers over the phone and via email to understand their business challenges and see if our clients' services are a good fit.
  • Clear Communication: Handling initial outreach with a polite and professional manner, explaining the value of the service and answering any questions or concerns.
  • Teamwork: Working closely with Account Executives to make sure all qualified leads and appointments are handed over smoothly.
  • Keeping Records: Maintaining accurate notes in the CRM system so that all outreach and data stay up to date.
