Role: Driving Digital Growth & Customer Acquisition
As the Performance Marketing Executive, you\’ll be pivotal in scaling the company\’s eCommerce channel and driving significant online sales by

Leading the charge in optimizing paid performance campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads), TikTok Ads, and Google Ads (Search Ads, Display Ads, Shopping Ads), driving impactful results and maximizing ROI.

Partnering closely with the Marketing Manager to strategically allocate media spend and achieve ambitious business objectives, focusing on customer acquisition cost (CAC) and conversion rates.

Sparking creativity by briefing and optimising compelling campaign visuals alongside our talented in-house design team, enhancing ad creative and engagement.

Uncovering new possibilities, digital marketing trends, and launching agile \’test-and-learn\’ initiatives to supercharge Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and identify new growth channels.

Delivering your strategic vision and being able to present weekly performance reports with key marketing analytics and actionable insights.
Person: Your Expertise in Paid Media & Digital Strategy

Proven experience as a Paid Media Specialist or Performance Marketing Executive with direct, hands-on expertise across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.

A test-and-learn mindset and a genuine interest in uncovering opportunities for campaign growth and A/B testing.

Strong technical skills in areas like keyword analysis, bid strategies, audience targeting, and UTM tagging.

Experience managing a significant digital advertising budget and demonstrating strong budget management skills.

Deep understanding of the digital customer journey and full-funnel marketing.

Proficiency with paid ads tools including Google Analytics, Google Ads Editor, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Triple Whale.
