The Role

As the Performance Marketing Executive, you\’ll be responsible for the end-to-end management of performance-based marketing campaigns across various digital channels. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Campaign Management: Developing and executing paid outbound marketing campaigns to acquire new customers and drive website traffic.
  2. Channel Optimisation: Managing and optimizing acquisition channels, including PPC, paid social, affiliate partnerships, and email marketing.
  3. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics, Shopify, and other marketing intelligence tools, as well as report on key performance metrics.
  4. Strategic Collaboration: Working closely with the marketing team to assess and refine campaign success through data-driven insights.
  5. Relationship Management: Establishing and managing relationships with external agencies, SaaS providers, and affiliate partners.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Utilising A/B testing methodologies to optimise conversion rates and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

The Person

Proven Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in a B2C, data-driven, or digital marketing role, focusing on performance marketing.

Technical Skills: Strong experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, affiliate marketing, and CRM platforms. Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Shopify, and ESPs.

Analytical Abilities: Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.

Strategic Mindset: Proven track record in developing, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Strong understanding of SEO, A/B testing, and customer segmentation.

Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a keen eye for detail and organization.

Proactive Approach: Creative thinker and proactive problem solver with a commercially driven and customer-centric mindset.
