Role: As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for making things happen across their commercial departments. It is a busy, hands-on role where you will take ownership of Sales, Marketing, Events, and Revenue, ensuring everyone is pulling in the same direction and driving the brand to ensure every experience leaves with a world-class impression.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with Senior Leadership to build and deliver a commercial roadmap that hits targets and stays on budget.
- Lead and mentor the Sales, Marketing, Events, and Revenue teams focusing on personal growth while building a great team culture.
- Drive new revenue and nurture key long-term accounts.
- Represent the organisation at industry trade shows and events, hosting press trips and client showcases (includes some international travel).
- Take ownership of the marketing budget and work closely with the GM to keep forecasts accurate and up to date.
- Oversee the brand from digital campaigns and advertising, ensuring their online reputation remains top class.
- Stay updated on market trends and what the competition is doing, pivoting our strategy to stay ahead of the curve.
Essential Criteria:
- 3 years solid experience in a Sales Management role, ideally within a fast-paced hospitality or premium service background.
- Industry knowledge and experience on how to navigate the unique challenges of a high-end destination.
- Great communicator, with excellent written and verbal English, whether writing a proposal or presenting to the team.
- Take ownership; you have the experience to back up your commercial decisions and lead a team with confidence.
- A valid driving licence is a must, as you will be out and about representing the brand.
