You will be joining a great team where everyone wears a few different hats. This is a fast-paced role where your input actually shapes the direction of the team.

As the Marketing Manager you will have full autonomy to be the one driving the strategy, managing the budget, and making sure the brand is actually seen and heard. This is a 360 role; you need to be comfortable doing a bit of everything from planning campaigns to being the face of the brand or just making sure major events run smoothly. You'll work directly with the leadership team, giving you plenty of room to bring your own ideas to the table.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage annual Marketing and Events strategy.
  • Lead with creativity for event planning from start to a high quality finish.
  • Highly confident in managing digital channels and social media marketing.
  • Be the face of the brand, create engaging video content.
  • Oversee budgets, and act as the main link between suppliers and clients.
  • Liaise closely with local stakeholders and partners to make their campaigns successful.
Essential Criteria
  • Must have 3-5 years of solid experience in a Marketing or Event management role.
  • Proven experience of successfully owned marketing campaigns from start to completion.
  • Expert at planning and delivering events.
  • Manage budgets and work with external partners to make sure every detail is covered.
  • Confident communicator, comfortable both behind the scenes and in front of the camera.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, manage multiple projects.
  • Natural problem solver who stays focused and keeps projects moving.
