The Role
- Commercial Financial Management: Providing high-level oversight of all financial operations to support business growth.
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts under IFRS/US GAAP.
- Reporting & Analysis: Delivering accurate and insightful financial reporting to the senior leadership team.
- Process Evolution: Leading the charge on making positive changes and refining internal controls.
- Operational Excellence: Managing the day-to-day finance function with a focus on precision and commercial integrity.
- Strategic Support: Acting as a trusted advisor during a period of significant company transition.
The Person
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in a senior finance capacity.
- Fully Qualified Accounting professional who knows the role inside and out and can hit the ground running.
- Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
- Strong management skills.
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written, with the ability to present financial results.
- A genuine interest in your own professional development and a desire to be part of a changing environment.
- Someone who looks beyond the ledger to understand the wider business impact.
- Proactive in anticipating needs and offering confidence to the wider team.
