I am looking for a male Supported Living Assistant to join my team. I live in my own home, and I am looking for someone who can support me to live the life I choose.
I enjoy a full and active life.
Support may include accompanying me to horse-riding sessions, community activities, local outings, drives, family visits, meals out, gardening and leisure activities. You will also assist me with maintaining my home, developing everyday living skills, planning activities and achieving my personal outcomes.
The successful applicant will work alongside me to promote my independence, choice, wellbeing and inclusion within my local community.
