About The Role

As a Support Worker at Inclusia Living you'll be the person who makes the difference in someone's day. Whether that's helping with everyday tasks at home, accompanying someone to an activity they love, or simply being a consistent and trusted presence β€” your role is to support people to live as independently and fully as possible.

Part Time Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire

Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred, hands-on support with daily living tasks, community activities and personal goals.
  • Accompany the people you support to community activities, appointments and outings.
  • Promote independence at every opportunity β€” support someone to do things for themselves, not for them.
  • Maintain accurate records of support provided and report any changes or concerns appropriately.
  • Work flexibly across a rota to ensure consistent, reliable support.
  • Contribute positively to the team, sharing observations and ideas.

What we’re looking for:

  • A caring, patient approach and genuine interest in the lives of the people you support.
  • Reliability, flexibility and good time management.
  • Some experience in a care, support or community-facing role is helpful but not essential β€” we'll invest in the right person.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and communicate well with colleagues and families.
  • Willingness to complete a DBS check and undertake required training.

What we offer:

  • Flexible part-time hours to suit your availability.

  • Supportive team environment with regular supervision.
  • The opportunity to grow with a new, values-driven provider.
