Includem is seeking a Project Worker in Aberdeen to manage a caseload, develop support plans, and respond to the needs of children, young people and families. The role emphasises leadership, collaborative delivery and adherence to GIRFEC principles within includem’s model of support.
You will work 37 hours per week, between 8am–10pm, five days over seven, with a base in Aberdeen and a commitment to delivering a 24/7 helpline service when required.
