This service supports * Pre-stage 1, 16β19-year-old school leavers or those within 6 months of leaving school who require intensive support to engage with employability service. Participants in the project are likely to have complex and multiple barriers, all of which prevent them from engaging in current provision.
The Project Worker will lead the provision of relationship-based support delivered to young people and families in the community, increase readiness for training and employment, and promote other positive outcomes in line with the values and principles of includem.
With a focus on developing the skills and routines to support readiness for employability, the worker will manage their own caseload. The Family Support Worker will ensure support plans are developed with the young person to respond to their individual needs and support them to improve outcomes in line with the employability shared measurement framework, no wrong door principles, and includem's model of support.
The Project Worker will demonstrate leadership and ownership over effective service delivery to young people by managing outcomes for young people through use of line managers, colleagues, and organisational tools, processes, policies, and procedures.
