Salary: £29,430 - £34,197 per annum

Contract: Permanent

Employer Pension Contribution: 7%

Based at: Include Office, Armagh

Working week: 35 hrs per week (unsocial hours required at times)

Annual leave: 25 days per annum plus 12 public holidays

Include Youth is seeking to appoint a Youth Worker to work in our Armagh office on our Give and Take Scheme. Give and Take is a regional youth work intervention project to support young people aged 16 to 24 years old. It offers individually tailored programmes with core themes being supported work experience, personal development, OCN qualifications, mentoring and transitional support.

Job Purpose:

  • To assess needs of young people referred to the various strands of The Give and Take programme.
  • To develop and implement a young person-centred programme focussing on employability.
  • To work across different funders within Include Youth.
