Include West Bars is seeking a caring Teaching Assistant to join our team. You’ll provide tailored support to pupils with SEND through one-to-one work, small group interventions and in-class support within our trauma-informed approach to help every pupil overcome barriers to learning and feel safe, understood and supported to succeed.
SEND experience is desirable but not essential. Full training and ongoing support are provided, including in trauma-informed practice and our relational approach
