An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Business Analyst to join a growing IT function based in Northampton. This role plays a key part in driving innovation, improving operational efficiency, and supporting the successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives across the organisation. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the successful candidate will analyze business requirements and advocate for user-focused solutions that enhance service delivery. You will be part of a collaborative and supportive team environment, led by experienced professionals who are committed to providing guidance and development opportunities. This position is primarily office-based, so applicants should be within a commutable distance of Northampton.
