Opportunity

We’re looking for an ambitious, hands‑on Business Development Manager to join our Retail Sales Team and play a key role in driving growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded sales professional who thrives on building relationships, winning new business, and exceeding targets.

You’ll take ownership of developing a strong pipeline of direct customers while managing and growing key accounts. Working across the Wealth Management and Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) sectors in the UK, you’ll help ensure our clients receive outstanding value and return to us time and again. This role suits someone who is hungry to succeed, motivated by targets, and eager to make a real impact in a market‑leading business.

You’ll work closely with Sales and Support teams and report directly to the Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities across the UK Wealth Management and Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) markets
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through self-generated leads, cold outreach, networking, and relationship referrals
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial contact through to negotiation, close, and post‑sale
