What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering fast, friendly, and memorable bar service in a high-energy rooftop environment
- Preparing and serving cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine to brand and spec
- Engaging with guests to create great experiences and keep the atmosphere buzzing
- Working efficiently during high-volume services, parties, and special events
- Maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and organised bar at all times
- Following all licensing, health & safety, and hygiene standards
- Supporting the wider team to keep service running smoothly
- Bringing positive energy, professionalism, and pride to every shift
