What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working with Wine & Cocktails, in a premium hospitality space
- A sharp eye for detail and a love for creating a polished, welcoming environment
- Experience with formal table service and guiding guests through premium food and drinks
- The ability to stay composed and professional during busy services or special events
- A true team player with a positive, proactive attitude
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine love for hospitality
- Ability to stay calm, organised, and positive during busy services
- Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to support the wider venue
- Excellent communication and guest interaction skills
- Attention to detail and pride in delivering great service
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak event times

What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering fast, friendly, and memorable service in a high-energy yet premium rooftop environment
- Preparing and serving cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
- Confidently recommending British dishes and beverages such as English Sparkling Wine, demonstrating knowledge of the menu
- Engaging with guests to create great experiences and keep the atmosphere buzzing
- Working closely with chefs and managers to keep service running smoothly
- Ensuring all front of house areas are spotless, organised, and welcoming
- Handling guest questions or concerns with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Working efficiently during high-volume services, parties, and special events
- Maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and organised bar at all times
- Following all licensing, health & safety, and hygiene standards
- Supporting the wider team to keep service running smoothly
- Bringing positive energy, professionalism, and pride to every shift
