What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in bars or pubs; whether your passion is Wine, Beer or Cocktails we would love to hear from you.
- A true team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine love for hospitality.
- Ability to stay calm, organised, and positive during busy services.
- Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to support the wider venue.
- Excellent communication and guest interaction skills.

What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver fast, friendly, and memorable bar service in a high-energy rooftop environment.
- Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine to brand and spec.
- Engage with guests to create great experiences and keep the atmosphere buzzing.
- Work efficiently during high-volume services, parties, and special events.
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organised bar at all times.
- Follow all licensing, health & safety, and hygiene standards.
- Support the wider team to keep service running smoothly.
