We are searching for an inspiring leader to embody this vibrant brand, guiding their team on an unforgettable journey while crafting a service that is as thrilling as it is refined‑elevated, electrifying, and endlessly engaging.

WHAT YOU'LL BE GETTING UP TO

  • Collaboratively deliver the Wolves of Tokyo Menu with confidence, precision, and pride.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef & Itamae Chef to lead the wider kitchen team to create exceptional guest experiences.
  • Run the day‑to‑day operations of our kitchens.
  • Ensure we are compliant, clean and safe.
  • Prep for the day ahead and delegate tasks to the team to ensure success.
  • Support stock management.
  • Create new and exciting dishes for menu changes and seasonal specials.
  • Train and develop your team.
  • Lead by example on compliance, safety, and completing e‑learning and checklists.
  • Represent yourself and the Incipio brand with positivity, professionalism, and pride.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Previous experience as a Senior Chef in a Japanese restaurant with strong technique.
  • A passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and high standards of food preparation and presentation.
  • Organised, clean, and confident in maintaining food hygiene, stock rotation, and compliance.
  • A team player who contributes to a calm, collaborative and motivated kitchen culture.
  • Strong communication and willingness to train, mentor, and support junior chefs.
  • Energy, pace, and a genuine desire to grow your craft within a high‑performance kitchen.
