Incipio Group is seeking a Welfare Officer to work with the Management Team on peak shifts at our Canary Wharf venues. You will help keep guests and staff safe, identify vulnerable guests and provide support, and assist with refusal of service when needed.
You must be first-aid trained and conflict management trained. You will be on duty Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 19:00 until guest dispersal, wearing high-visibility vest and coordinating with SIA Door Supervisors.
