Incipio Group is seeking a passionate Lead Pizza Chef (Junior Sous Chef) for Juno, our new Italian bar and restaurant in Olympia. You will lead the pizza section, drive consistency and energy, and collaborate with Head and Sous Chefs to deliver exceptional Neapolitan pizzas while mentoring the kitchen team.
You will train and develop junior chefs, ensure food safety standards, and help manage daily kitchen operations with a fun, collaborative vibe.
