Incipio Group is seeking a hands-on Lead Pizza Chef (Junior Sous Chef) for Juno, our Italian bar and restaurant in Olympia. You will lead the pizza section, drive energy and consistency, and work closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional pizzas and develop the kitchen team.
As a Junior Sous Chef, you will support Chef De Parties and Commis Chefs, uphold food safety standards, and help mentor junior staff while keeping the kitchen collaborative and fun.
