Incipio Group is seeking a passionate Lead Pizza Chef (Junior Sous Chef) for Juno, our Italian bar and restaurant in Olympia. You will lead the pizza section, collaborate with the Head and Sous Chef, and elevate neapolitan pizzas while developing the kitchen team. A great energy and love for Italian food are key.
You’ll mentor juniors, ensure safety and compliance, and help maintain a fun, high-performance kitchen culture as the brand grows.
