Incipio Group is seeking a Sales and Reservations Executive to manage the reservations and drive proactive sales across venues. You will respond to enquiries by phone and email, confirm bookings, deposits, terms, and conditions, and upsell venue offerings.
You will work closely with the Sales & Reservations Manager to identify opportunities, manage large bookings, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across Incipio Group venues in the Greater London area.
