Responsibilities
- Bridge the gap between the team and senior management with clear, effective, and simple communication
- Use imaginative revenue-driving ideas to push the business forward
- Lead joyous and independent shifts, ensuring high service standards and coaching team development
- Operate the venue efficiently by leading from the front, being approachable, and delivering outstanding hospitality
- Champion creative cocktail ideas and menu development with the team
- Ensure guests receive the best possible experience and are safely managed in and out of the venue
- Motivate the team by providing excellent support and training, keeping them happy, engaged, and joyful
- Drive sales and business performance using financial data and effective planning
- Commit to continual learning, personal development and career progression
