Juno is a contemporary Italian restaurant and bar launching at Olympia, blending neighbourhood dining with the energy of a West London destination. The menu is built around seasonal plates, handmade pasta, and a confident drinks programme anchored by spritzes, negronis, and an Italian wine list. We are seeking an exceptional General Manager who brings talent and heart to the role, energised by creating elevated dining experiences in breathtaking surroundings and turning moments into memories for guests.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a large team in a fast-paced, premium venue, ensuring smooth and structured operations.
  • Take full ownership of financials, people, compliance, and guest experience.
