What you’ll be doing: You’ll work closely with your Head Chef and the rest of the kitchen team to deliver beautifully executed dishes that celebrate British ingredients at their peak. From thoughtful prep to precise service, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the quality, consistency, and creativity that define Lillie’s. Chef de Partie runs their section brilliantly with passion and pride.
