Role Overview
Incipio curates vibrant spaces with inspiring atmospheres for great times. Wolves of Tokyo is a modern Japanese restaurant and rooftop cocktail bar located in West London. The menu reimagines classic dishes with bold flavours and innovative techniques, while the cocktails pay homage to Japan's drinking culture.
This position requires a leader who will embody the brand and guide the team to deliver outstanding hospitality, drive sales and keep the venue running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure guests have the best possible experience by delivering outstanding hospitality across your team.
- Run the venue efficiently by setting an example, proactively leading your team and solving problems on shifts.
- Motivate your team by providing excellent support, training and encouragement.
- Work with the management team to drive sales in the venue.
- Proactively plan, prepare and brief the team.
- Bring ideas, processes and organisation to life.
- Attend training courses to develop leadership skills and gain certification such as First Aid, Fire Marshalls and Personal Licences.
- Have fun, laugh a lot and give good vibes.
