- Bridging the gap between the team and senior management, using clear, effective and simple communication.

- You lead joyous and independent shifts and ensure high service standards are kept to, including actively coaching your team in their development.
- You ensure the venue runs efficiently by leading from the front, being approachable and driving outstanding hospitality at every opportunity.

- You ensure our guests are shown the best possible experience and are looked after safely when in our venues and leaving.
