The Role
As a Junior Designer, you'll work closely with our Brand & Marketing team, supporting a wide range of creative projects across our hospitality brands.
From being a part of a team developing brand identities to creating in venue POS, social media content, presentations and digital assets, you'll play an important role in bringing our brands to life.

Key Responsibilities
- Design creative assets across print, digital and social media.
- Support the development and rollout of brand identities across multiple hospitality brands.
- Create marketing collateral including presentations, pitch decks, menus, flyers, posters and in venue POS.
- Prepare artwork for both print and digital production.
- Work collaboratively with designers, marketers and the wider business from concept through to final delivery.
- Contribute ideas, mood boards and design research during creative development.
- Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of quality.
- Stay up to date with design trends, hospitality culture and emerging social media platforms.
- Role Requirements
- Around 1 year of design experience in house, agency or freelance (or a standout portfolio demonstrating equivalent capability).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative thinking, typography and layout skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, In Design and Photoshop.
- Excellent typography, layout and visual communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Good understanding of preparing artwork for print and digital output.
- Ability to communicate your creative thinking through mood boards, research and presentations.
- A genuine passion for branding, design, hospitality and social media trends.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, positive attitude.
Desirable Skills (not imperative)
- Experience with Word Press or website content management systems.
- Animation or motion graphics (After Effects).
- Video editing skills.
- Knowledge of Figma.
- Photography, illustration or image retouching.
- Interest in AI-powered creative tools and how they can support the design process.
