What you’ll do:
- Define and evolve the GBS vision, strategy and operating model, ensuring alignment with Group priorities and long‑term transformation goals.

- Act as the key interface between GBS and digital teams, ensuring systems, data and technology enable scalable, efficient and future‑ready operations.
- Provide leadership oversight on governance, risk and financial control, ensuring GBS operates as a trusted, value‑adding partner to the business.
- Identify, assess and mitigate legal and regulatory risk, ensuring alignment with global compliance frameworks (including ABC, sanctions, AML, data privacy and competition law) and supporting audits and controls where required.
About you:

- An experienced leader in GBS, shared services or global operations, with a track record of managing large, complex, international teams.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to balance long‑term transformation with hands‑on operational delivery and performance improvement.
- Commercially and financially astute, with a strong understanding of how to drive efficiency, value and sustainable cost optimisation.
- Confident operating at senior levels, with experience partnering CFOs, regional leaders and executive stakeholders.
- A strong communicator and influencer, able to translate complex ideas into clear direction and build alignment across global teams.
- Passionate about people and culture, with a proven ability to develop talent and foster collaboration in a matrixed environment.
