At Inchcape, we’re transforming mobility across 40+ markets, and we’ll support you as you develop your skills and confidence. You’ll play an important role in keeping our teams running smoothly by supporting essential IT services for our London office. This role combines deskside and remote support, with occasional off‑site support for meetings and events, while staying connected to our global Digital Delivery Centre community.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide everyday IT support to colleagues, both on‑site and remotely.
  • Fix common hardware, software, and connectivity issues quickly and effectively.
  • Set up, update, and maintain laptops, desktops, and other devices.
  • Log and manage support tickets in the ITSM tool, keeping clear and accurate records.
  • Support basic application issues and help users understand how to use IT tools.
  • Apply updates, patches, and security measures to keep systems safe and compliant.
  • Assist the infrastructure team with simple hands‑on tasks when needed.

About you:

  • Knowledge in Windows, macOS and common IT tools.
  • Comfortable troubleshooting everyday technical problems in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Clear and friendly when explaining technical topics to non‑technical users.
  • Organised, proactive and able to prioritise when things get busy.
  • Detail‑oriented and consistent with documentation and following processes.
  • Customer‑focused, patient and committed to delivering great service.
  • Mindset of continuous learning is essential.
