Our Group Communicationsteam is seeking a Communications Business Partner to join our team in London (Hybrid). In this position you will partner with the Group People team to deliver clear, engaging, and inclusive communications that support our strategic people priorities and the Accelerate+ strategy. Ideal for a hands-on communications professional, it offers the opportunity to enhance the colleague experience, promote our employee value proposition, and lead multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What you’ll do
As a key communications partner within our global People Team, you will:
- Deliver engaging, people-led communications across multiple channels and regions
- Plan and lead impactful campaigns on talent, L&D, wellbeing, inclusion, and safety
- Drive engagement through events like townhalls, webinars, and Q&A sessions
- Use colleague survey insights to shape engagement strategies and action plans
- Curate and manage content for our People intranet, Viva Engage, Inchcape.com, and LinkedIn
- Champion our Employee Value Proposition and ensure message consistency
- Communicate global people policies clearly and effectively
- Support delivery of Group-wide communication projects, from concept to measurement
About you
You\’ll be:
- A confident communicator, skilled at turning complex topics into clear, engaging messages
- Experienced in delivering multi-channel communication campaigns in global settings
- Comfortable using data and feedback to shape content and measure success
- Highly organised with strong project and stakeholder management skills
- Creative in your approach, with a proven ability to bring people stories to life
- Skilled in using digital tools—from MS Office to social and video content platforms
- Experienced in managing internal and external creative partners
- Adaptable, with the ability to work at pace and meet tight deadlines
- Passionate about inclusion, engagement, and amplifying diverse voices
