We have an exciting opportunity for a VP Corporate Finance to join our team in London. Reporting to the CFO, the VP Corporate Finance is responsible for driving value creation in the PE backed business. Key responsibilities include FP&A, M&A and Treasury. Contract: Permanent Location: London, Lloyds Avenue (Hybrid) In line with company policy, Inchcape does not provide visa sponsorship for candidates and cannot consider applicants who will require this now or in the future. Drives strategic Projects to successful completion. Leads the global M&A process. M&A ~ Leads merger and acquisition transactions through cross-functional due diligence activities. Guide the business and its leadership with insights on business performance. Ensure accurate and timely monthly management reporting including finance, operational and commercial KPI. Treasury Lead through transformation of treasury function. Treasury operations (fee optimisation, payments, bank guarantees). 10 years experience in Corporate Finance, ideally in a PE backed business within a fast-paced, highly competitive, and dynamic environment. ~ Leading Finance role in an international business with exposure to multiple currencies. ~ In-depth operational and valuation financial modelling experience. ~ Effective decisions made through the analysis of information and proficient deal analysis, negotiation and execution. ~ Have an ability to work on multiple simultaneous projects and meet aggressive deadlines and have an ability to remain calm in uncertain and stressful times. ~ Related degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or any other related strategy and M&A field. ~ Highly proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, necessary for the creation of visually and verbally engaging reports and presentations for the business’s executives, stakeholders, and collaborating personnel.
