Role Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity for a VP Corporate Finance to join our team in London. Reporting to the CFO, the VP Corporate Finance is responsible for driving value creation in the PE-backed business. Key responsibilities include FP&A, M&A, and Treasury.
Contract: Permanent
Location: London, Lloyds Avenue (Hybrid)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Leadership
- Ensure business partnering and value-focused approach of the teams.
- Preparation for PE Exit.
- Drive strategic projects to successful completion.
- Lead the global M&A process.
M&A
- Lead merger and acquisition transactions through cross-functional due diligence activities.
FP&A
- Guide the business and its leadership with insights on performance.
- Lead forecasting and budgeting processes with a focus on actions and results.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly management reporting including finance, operational, and commercial KPIs.
Treasury
- Transform the treasury function.
- Manage FX hedging and income.
- Oversee liquidity management.
- Manage debt and lenders.
- Oversee treasury operations such as fee optimization, payments, and bank guarantees.
Who You Are:
- Several years of experience in Corporate Finance, preferably in a PE-backed, fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Experience leading through PE-backed exit processes.
- Leadership in an international business with exposure to multiple currencies.
- Cash management and forecasting expertise.
- Operational and valuation financial modeling experience.
- Proficient in deal analysis, negotiation, and execution.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Success in driving value in a global, matrix environment.
- Strong collaboration skills with external and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize and focus on impactful, time-sensitive tasks.
- Self-motivated and adaptable to daily operational needs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while remaining calm under pressure.
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Systematic work approach with accountability and success demonstration.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for creating reports and presentations.
