The CRM Administrator will work within a matrix structure as part of the Commercial team, supporting our Salesforce platform to drive organisational change towards a data‑driven Sales team.

Contract & Location: Permanent, London, UK (Hybrid)

Salary Range: £35k – £38k

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the CRM and Analyst Manager in driving performance of a global, complex, integrated sales team.
  • Contribute to building the sales excellence program as the platform for year‑on‑year revenue growth.
  • CRM Administration:
    • Act as Salesforce subject‑matter expert for the Sales collaboration platform.
    • Drive adoption of Salesforce as the primary sales tool within Inchcape.
    • Provide application‑level fault diagnosis and resolution.
    • Identify opportunities for sales productivity improvements.
    • Deliver Salesforce readiness and create supporting documentation.
  • Reporting:
    • Support a data‑driven sales platform to foster a self‑service culture.
    • Provide regular reporting as required by the business.
  • Collaboration:
    • Maintain regular, comprehensive two‑way communication across Commercial, Finance, Operations and other Inchcape business groups, ensuring clear messaging.
    • Partner with Commercial colleagues to enhance and strengthen a world‑class sales culture.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
  • Experience with Salesforce Flow and application development.
  • Understanding of commercial activities and customer requirements.
  • Customer relationship management expertise.
  • ADM/ADX 201 certification preferred.
  • Experience with Lightning Experience.
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud application support – configuration and reporting.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid role in our Central London office.
