What you’ll do
- Greeting and assisting customers promptly and professionally.
- Conducting vehicle assessments and diagnosing issues.
- Recommending necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Explaining service recommendations in a clear and understandable manner.
- Coordinating service appointments and managing work orders.
- Ensuring accurate billing and payment processing.
