Our Cyber Security Platform is seeking a Security Engineering Senior Manager to join our team in the Philippines. This role will oversee the deployment and lifecycle management of critical security platforms (e.g., SIEM, endpoint protection), ensuring they are robust, optimized, and aligned with our cyber risk strategy and regulatory requirements. Collaboration with Global SOC, IT, and business stakeholders is key to supporting incident detection, response, and compliance objectives.
What you'll do:
- Lead and mentor the Security Engineering team.
- Oversee implementation and maintenance of technical security controls.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with security policies and frameworks.
- Act as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex technical issues.
About you:
- Strong leadership experience in technical security teams.
- Deep knowledge of core security technologies (SIEM, endpoint protection).
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (NIST, GDPR, NIS2).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
