We’re looking for a Reward Operations Analyst to support the delivery of key compensation processes for our UK colleagues, including annual salary reviews, bonus cycles, and market benchmarking.
Reward is a vital part of how we attract, retain, and motivate our people. In this role, you’ll be a trusted partner to our People Business Partners and wider People Team, ensuring our reward practices are consistent, transparent, and aligned with our values.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in People operations or reward administration who’s ready to deepen their expertise in compensation and gain exposure to corporate reward strategy and analytics.
What you’ll do
- Support annual reward cycles, including salary reviews, incentive schemes, and bonus processing.
- Prepare and validate data, ensuring accuracy across systems and reports.
- Contribute to market benchmarking and pay range updates.
- Act as a key contact for reward-related queries and guidance.
- Assist in reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement of reward processes.
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring
- Experience in a People Function, Reward, or Compensation Operations.
- Strong numerical and data-handling skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).
- Strong organisational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Confident communicator with stakeholder management skills.
It will be highly valued if you also have
- Experience supporting salary and bonus reviews.
- Familiarity with job evaluation and market benchmarking.
- Experience using HRIS and compensation tools (e.g. Workday, SuccessFactors).
- Knowledge of UK pay practices and governance.
